BuyerI did not get my sign-in code
The code is sent by SMS and usually arrives within a few seconds. If it does not: check the number you typed, check that you have signal, and wait 30 seconds before tapping Resend OTP. If three attempts fail, email us with the number you are trying to use.

Open Orders in the app. Each order shows its current stage — placed, shipped, delivered — and any tracking the artisan has added.
BuyerMy item arrived damaged or is not what I ordered
Open the order and tap Return within 7 days of delivery. Add a photo of the problem. Once the return is approved you are refunded to the payment method you used.
BuyerThe item looks slightly different from the photo
These are handmade goods. Small differences in colour, grain, and weave are the nature of the craft. If the item is genuinely not what was listed, raise a return and we will look at it.

SellerWhen am I paid?
Within seven days of an order being marked delivered, to the bank account or UPI ID on your profile. Check that they are correct under Profile.
SellerMy listing was taken down
Listings are reviewed before they go live. The usual reasons for a rejection are a photo that is not of the actual item, a description that does not match it, or a missing material or size. Read the Seller Guidelines, fix the listing, and submit it again.
SellerWhy do you need my Aadhaar?
Indian law requires a marketplace to verify who its sellers are. We use it once, to verify you. It is never shown to buyers and is deleted with your account. See the Privacy Policy.

In the app: Profile → Delete account. You do not need to contact us. What is deleted, and what we must keep →
We will never ask you for a code, PIN, or card number
Not your sign-in code, not your UPI PIN, not your card details — not by email, not by phone. Anyone who does is not us.
