Delete your account in the app
The fastest way to delete your account is from inside the Dada Udyogini app you're using:
- Open the app and go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account (below Sign out).
- Review what will be deleted and what is retained, then continue.
- Enter the verification code sent to your registered mobile number.
- Confirm. Your account is deactivated immediately and you are signed out.
This is available in both the buyer and seller apps, and works the same way regardless of which language (English, हिंदी, मराठी) you use the app in.
Don't have the app installed?
You can request deletion without the app by emailing us from the address linked to your account (or including your registered mobile number so we can verify it's you):
We verify the request against your registered mobile number before deleting anything, and process it within 7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation once it's done.
What gets deleted, and what we keep
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Some information is retained where the law requires it — for example, Indian tax and consumer-protection rules require us to keep order records, and any information we keep after deletion is stripped of details that identify you.

Deletion also immediately signs you out everywhere and permanently disables sign-in with your phone number — it cannot be reused to log back in to the deleted account.
